Road & Gravel Bike Tour
Cycle through stunning coastal views, diverse landscapes, and rich cultural experiences. This loop is a favorite among cycling enthusiasts.
The experience:
Baja offers spectacular cycling routes for both road and gravel bikes that showcase the best of the southern part of the Peninsula.
Clandestino has curated the “Baja Balance Loop” experience. It's a journey filled with natural beauty, cultural richness, and personal challenge that typically covers a distance of around 350 kilometers (~220 miles) in 4 days. It can be started from various points (with Los Cabos or La Paz being common starting and ending locations due to their accessibility and good infrastructure).
The loop includes a mix of coastal roads, mountainous stretches, and desert landscapes. Cyclists will encounter challenging climbs, thrilling descents, and flat coastal stretches. The roads are generally in good condition, but some remote areas might have rougher patches. The route opens the possibility for each rider to achieve a harmonious state by remaining close to nature and making conscious choices that contribute positively to its overall well-being.
